Property and Cancellation Policies
A 100% deposit is non-refundable. For emergencies, email mecasahotel@gmail.com to request rebooking, subject to approval.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- A Php 1,000 cash incidental deposit is required at check-in and returned at check-out if no damage was incurred.
- No pets are allowed. Baby cots and extra beds are not available.
- There is no curfew or age limit. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:30 and check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00.
- The front desk operates 24 hours. Guests should contact the property 72 hours before arrival.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and are charged at PHP 250 per hour.
- Children aged 0–5 stay free. Guests aged 6 and above are charged PHP 800 per person per night.
- All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
- Paid airport shuttle service is available for Caticlan Airport (MPH) and Kalibo International Airport (KLO). Prices are subject to change; inquire at reception for current rates. A paid local shuttle is also available; inquire at reception.
- Accepted payments are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, cash, GCash, and NFC/mobile payments.
- Direct bookings are confirmed only after the 100% deposit is paid. For bank transfer and GCash, send proof of deposit to mecasahotel@gmail.com within 24 hours of making the reservation.
