Property and Cancelation Policies :

100% Deposit is non-refundable
For emergency cases, please contact mecasahotel@gmail.com to request for rebooking. Subject to approval.


Terms and Conditions

Incidental deposit of Php 1000 cash is required upon check-in. This is a deposit in case of damages to the property. It shall be returned upon check out if there are no damages incurred in the property

No pets allowed

Baby cots and extra beds are not available
There is no curfew or age limit
Check in time is from 14:00 to 23:30
Check out time is from 07:00 to 11:00

Direct bookings are confirmed and guaranteed only if 100% deposit is paid. For credit card payment, your card shall be charged with the 100% deposit, immediately after reservation is made. For bank transfer and GCash payment, please send proof of deposit to mecasahotel@gmail.com within 24 hours after making the reservation.
